Most challenge for implant placement in posterior maxilla after long term extraction is the inadequate residual bone height which mainly due to maxillary sinus pneumatization. Maxillary sinus augmentation has become one of the most popular dental procedures that aims to increase the vertical bone height of the alveolar bone to allow placement of dental implants. There are various techniques, approaches, and materials used in this procedure that were compared to the gold standard, most common material that was used is xenograft, as in our study a comparison was done with the use of adjunctive material as hyaluronic acid.
